No spoilers here enough to say Aidan Bishop has a murder to solve, simple, not on your nelly.

Think Groundhog Day meets Gosford Park and your halfway there. A novel that certainly keeps you on your toes whilst reading as the plot moves back and forth. You think you know where the story is going then you turn a page and your off in another direction.

With  an array and mix of characters straight from the 1930’s brought beautifully to life on the pages.

This is one of those stories for which I live and love to read, the writing is sublime the plotting devious , unique and masterful.

You need to keep turning the pages to know where your headed next in the plot, although reading it at night might not be the thing as it will haunt your dreams.

Clever and compelling in equal measure, Stuart Turton has concocted a novel which live long in the memory bank, a complex work of total ingenuity.

The bonus with this copy is the Goldsboro books copy, a work of art and beauty, treat yourself you deserve a little book luxury in your life.
